Where we ship
United States only. We do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Our business office is in Selbyville, Delaware. Orders ship from within the United States, and returns go to the Delaware address.
What it costs

Every item ships as its own parcel, so the rate applies per item. Two frying pans in one order are two parcels and two shipping charges. The total is shown at checkout before you pay, and the rate you see there is the rate you pay.
How long it takes
Orders placed before 1pm CT on a business day are handed to the carrier the same day. Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, for single pieces and cookware sets alike.
These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather and carrier backlogs happen.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created. If the tracking hasn't updated in three business days, contact us — sometimes a package is scanned late and sometimes it's genuinely lost, and we'd rather find out early.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and the contents before you unpack any further, then send us the photos. Do not discard the packaging. We'll replace it.
