Our guarantee, and why it matters here
We are an independent retailer, not an authorized dealer. That means the manufacturer's warranty may not apply to anything you buy from us. We say this before you buy rather than after, because finding it out later is how people end up feeling cheated.
What we offer instead:
- 30 days to return anything unused for a full refund
If you changed your mind
- Within 30 days of delivery
- Unused, uncooked-in, in its original packaging
- You pay return shipping
- No restocking fee
If it arrived damaged, defective or not as described
Photograph it before unpacking further and send us the photos within 7 days of delivery. Replacement or refund, your choice.
What we can't take back
- Items that have been used or washed
- Items returned without contacting us first
- Items returned after the 30-day window has closed
How to start a return
Contact us on support@thecookwareoutlet.com or (609) 474-4242, Monday to Friday 9am–5pm Eastern, with your order number and what went wrong. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us — it makes the refund slower, not faster.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds go to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few days longer to show it.
