What "hybrid" actually means

HexClad's pans are stainless steel with a laser-etched hexagonal lattice raised above a nonstick surface. The steel peaks give you contact for searing and take the abuse of metal utensils; the nonstick valleys underneath handle release. It is a compromise between a stainless pan and a nonstick pan, and whether that compromise suits you depends mostly on what you cook.

Everything on this page is the genuine article, bought through surplus and closeout channels rather than from HexClad. We are not an authorized dealer, which is exactly why the prices are lower — and it also means the manufacturer's warranty may not apply. Ours does.
