About The Cookware Outlet
Who we are, how we source, and what we are not.
What we do
We buy surplus, overstock and closeout lots of brand-name cookware and sell them below retail. The saving comes from how we buy, not from what you get — every piece is genuine and unused.

What we are not
We are an independent retailer. We are not an authorized dealer for any brand we carry, and we are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by or sponsored by HexClad or any other manufacturer. We use brand names only to tell you which product you are buying.
Because we are not an authorized dealer, the manufacturer's warranty may not apply to items bought from us. Our own guarantee does, and it is on the returns page.
How we source
We buy surplus, overstock and closeout lots rather than piece by piece — inventory a retailer no longer has shelf space for, discontinued colorways, and end-of-line clearances.
That is why the prices work: no distributor margin, no brand marketing budget. It is also why the range moves around. We stock what a lot contained, so a size that is here this month may not be here next.
Condition
Everything we list is new and unused, in its original packaging. We do not sell seconds, refurbished goods or customer returns.
